If you want something to be different, you are going to have do something differently.
I received a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, Seattle in 2006 and have worked in a number of capacities in the mental health field since that time. I am recognized by the State of Washington as a Child Mental Health Specialist and and an Ethnic Minority Mental Health Specialist. In addition, I also act as a supervisor to other therapists who are working on their licensure. I hold membership in a number of professional organizations, including the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study (NWAPS) and the Washington Mental Health Counselor Association (WMHCA).
My areas of specialty include treatment for mood disorders such as depression and anxiety as well as behavioral issues, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. I will always strive to provide referrals for issues beyond my expertise.
